30th Annual JP Morgan Healthcare Conference in SF next week

Probably one of if not THE largest events in the US each year - plenty of fish & lots of talk goes down there, i guess I've also always wondered how effective it in fact is with such large attendances does it draw alot of focus ? or does it get drowned out to an extent ? simply based on the size of the event & the amount of presentations taking place. From memory though DW did comment at a later date that much had been drawn from last years attendance.
