The deal was ok but people need to move on. Its good for KDR do you really think many intos would buy into a company who has not experience with mining lithium and a track record or making stupid calls??? The JV 50/50 makes sure that KDR cannot make any stupid calls while also giving KDR a way forward where this stuff can get out of the ground. In the ground its worth nothing but figures on paper.

An aggressive take over could still happen if it does not then the deal stuck will move from be ok to good.
People should also have a look at the gold KDR has it not to scoff at its worth looking at the whole picture.

Also I am not sure about this but I am interested in people though much of lithium requires a large amount of earth moving which we are in JV for, if and when this earth moved has gold in it which we have 100% right to we will only be paying for 50% of the digging costs?
