Ladies and Gentlemen,

Can we have some clarity here please.

I'm out of KDR now as from last week and reading these posts is like sitting on a seat in a school yard listening to an argument about who's footy team is best.

Can we establish a FACT... Is KDR committed to this deal, or can it by (doing or not doing something) walk away from it??? Some posters speak as though everything is open slather i.e. better offers coming etc. etc. while others speak as though this deal is written in concrete. WHICH IS IT?

Can someone who actually knows for a fact what it is, please give us some qualified views? Otherwise, all this is one continuous stream of ill-informed and emotional gobbledegook!!!
