Yeah , I'm still thinking there must be something we are missing . They must have left something out . Maybe a few typos . '50/50 could be a typo .It's a win for management of course . Secured jobs with high paying salaries ,with the perks and lurks. I'd say many are hoping for a T/O so they can put the KDR experience behind them and move on . IMO
