KDR SQM make a deal, SQM pay KDR US$30 million for a 50/50 JV

KDR and SQM are now in a 50/50 JV

As a bonus SQM will fund the first US$80 of development, as it's a 50/50 deal KDR's share would have been US$40million

30+40=US$70 million, so KDR has given SQM 50% of Mt Holland's lithium for US$70 million

It's not that hard.....

If they sold 50% of Mt Holland for just $30mill USD then the whole board needs to be sacked and maybe even questioned by ASIC/ACCC.

Especially since the ABC news site acknowledged that Mt Holland is worth +200mill, on the Friday the decision was made.

Yep. I read it. They still have to pay $110m not $70m. KDR don't start co-contributing until after the $110m farm-in is completed.
