On the 26 October 2006 at the request of the company Senetas Corporation Limited securities were suspended from trade on the Australian Stock Exchange. The board regrets the length of suspension which has been due to certain overseas regulatory issues necessary for the finalisation of a capital raising transaction for a strategic investment. On completion of the transaction an announcement will be released and trading of Senetas Corporation Limited securities will resume. It is th anticipated that this will occur on or before Wednesday 15 November 2006.
