In September 05 CUS hit 22 cents for the first time. It went on to do .325 in April 06 then gave up nearly 50% to hit what proved to be a tight double bottom low of 18 in October 06. Essentially over the past 21 months it has range traded around the low 20/s, forming a long powerful base from which the next up lift should start. A technical analyst I'm not, but my chart shows mostly accumulation over this time with the 2 year long term up trend from June 05 about to intersect the medium term down trend from the .325 high in April last year. There is a longer term up trend from the August 04 low of .049 cents that suggests this base may play out a little longer before breaking up, but the open at 22 today looks promising. Exciting times ahead.
