shareholder update, page-4

    Hi once again,
I took up your suggestion towie and spoke to an ex director.
Yes his phone had cooled down some. LOL.
Even though he no longer has anything to do with the company he still has a vested interest via his shareholding. I mentioned that there will be a creditors meeting early August. And will be advertised on the web site. He said that he will be there as an observer and later fill me in on what transpired.
He is confident that the company will restructure and re-emerge.
He told me, this all came about because the bank said no to a restructure and refinance.
They just wanted their money back NOW.
Hence the directors called in the administrators and resigned from their positions.
Once the bank (main creditor) is repaid, the move forward can take shape.
The shareholders who took up the last share offer are ‘one’ of the interested parties kicking the tyres and dealing with the administrators.
If, the tyre kickers (who wish to keep AWS as AWS) are successful, then restructuring can begin to take shape and shareholders will have a say of some sort (we being the controlling shareholders of the company).
I wonder if the Steinpris brothers are one of the kickers involved

Anyway that’s all I know for now.
Who else is in WA and is willing to go to the creditors meeting as an observer?
    I can’t. I live in rural NSW.

I hold because I have to.
