I dont disagree that business is a focus, but there are a lot of shareholders hurting, and that was a primary reason for the demerger - to expedite the relisting because shareholders have a right to their capital. Otherwise why demerge? If ISX were confident of success at court, they'd have been better waiting til the cases were finalised before leaving the country.

I'm sure delays arent intentional - from what I hear, no one is willing to look at us until ASIC finalises - but "later is better" only works for some shareholders. Doesnt work for me. I want out. Doesnt work for some who need their capital.

I think the primary objective was to create a separate legal entity, so the business could be run without ASX's influence and to boost customer confidence. And we've started seeing those benefits.

What's hurt shareholders more is the loss of clients and revenue; people want access to their capital but obviously, revenue needs to grow for them to realise the true value of their shares.
