CU was simply asked if other contracts warranted disclosure, except the key contracts (assuming milestone contracts). Yes/no?
CU pointed multiple failings of corporate governance and certainly short of an ASX 300 company. wrt to visa, CU pointed out that yes disclosure was warranted however being in suspension it was not deemed sensitive (from memory).
Would isx.au reached milestone C on isfeu revenue recognition governance.
Offer escrowed shares ownership could not be reconciled from memory. Remittance, letters, verbal agreements. Hmm. Jst in the nick of time. Ann's leading up to tranche C are rippers. Especially from B to C target.
