If these directors keep going the way they are,if they are not careful they may end up facing a class action .How can they justify spending shareholders funds to try and thwart shareholders lodging valid notices.Its as if these pigs with snouts in the trough are so desperate to keep on milking the company of shareholders funds that they have lost all sense of perspective.They obviously also have no morals or ethics,but this behaviour is just astounding.
