    God forbid them getting another project and relisting,effictivley using the escrow shares as collateral for cap raises,spending cash on them selves.selling the LLL shares as soon as they can for financing their lifestyles etc,sp would be in the gutter.

    NO,THIS CAN NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN!!!!!
