I disagree mate .... and I think many would disagree too to losing
all their money on lawyers fees just to prove a point.

I can live with the cash being depleted which obviously is paying
for their lifestyle and this from memory only represented about 2.5 c a share , but the
escrowed shares have a value currently of about 20c or about $250m.

But I know where you are coming from and all depends on each persons circumstance
to what they are willing to lose and 700k FFX shares I am not .

Give me 40c and I will never forgive , but I can move on easily and forget .
