    Apologies if this has been posted before.

    Below is an appendix to the Board Charter.

    I am at a loss how the current Directors can maintain a level of independence and act in the best interest of the company as a while, whilst clearly receiving material benefits as consultants to the company.

    Does anyone else find this ludicrous?
