Good afternoon everyone,

Thank you for patience and support, franky1 served the 249D document on Firefinch Limited at the office @1015am (Perth time)

The document was accepted by Jordan (office manager) and has been confirmed as being received by Scott Lowe via email.

After the Company lawyers scrutinise the document, the Company has 21 days to call a meeting, the meeting is to be held no later than 2 months after the request is served on the Company.

I am surprised, not surprised that the Company hasn't released an announcement advising that they have been issued the 249D.
