Actually, thinking about this a little bit more, the timing of the offer is pertinent. The next quarterly report will be the first to include 90 days of revenue from the battery, specifically in Summer when the arbitrage is best.
The sale needs to be locked in before the market sees all of that cash flow. J-Power better act fast (and they know it).
