I say this with some sadness but perhaps management realised that without a strong cashflow and capital structure its just very difficult to each time undertake a new large project. Like Hydro like Kidston Wind etc... The solar projects were much easier and the batteries but these don't move the share price that much. It's the big stuff that creates value and its really hard to each time get up off the ground. Essentially they might be waving the white flag.
