agree here Jonnyash, why would they suggest accepting an offer, which may be an improvement over recent SP, when it fails to take into consideration the change of profile that will occur in this business when KPH is complete and energised.
dare I say they even shifted the last quarters expenses around to show a loss as well... just to make it look like the offer was appealing to be done with an investment that is losing money
dyor, but I have just put more in... if the deal goes ahead, it's a 10% return. if it doesn't, it will be worth more in the near future
