Why do we as Australian companies let overseas business take...

Why do we as Australian companies let overseas business take over listed stocks and continue to let them be listed when they have no interest in providing shareholder value . The previous management of this company should be ashamed as well as our regulatory bodies for letting this type of thing happen . This as a listed stock is completely useless to hold in as all the profits are no doubt getting sent straight back to China . Are there any other holders left on here feeling the same ??
