Look on the bright side guys - with the takeover of KMC being an all scrip offer it means the Chinese influence is being diluted and it will increase the liquidity in this stock.
Also the management have been issued with a lot of options that can only be exercised above the takeover price and I don't think these are just a ruse, I think the management have been genuinely incentivised to grow this company and it's share price.
The KMC takeover seems like a good deal for NGF as it grows the production base and reserves and allows them to fill the plant at Paddington.
I am willing to wait and see how it pans out over the next year as I think the price of gold will rebound and there is a lot of upside in an enlarged NGF if it does.
