    I don't see how they could get away with this without a shareholder vote.
    I would recommend voting against the raising and if that means the whole mining operation is in doubt then so be it. The financiers need to come up with a better deal than that.
    The parties involved directly in the loan would be excluded from voting.
    Has anyone written ASIC?
