It will be interesting to find out who the new owner is and how they are controlling the Morilla SA board. Appointing a new General Manager, plus whatever changes are required in the senior leadership team would seem like the highest of priorities for anyone else, if they genuinely wanted to resume control of our $200m investment. But we haven't done this... so its clear we never had control of the asset from the get go.
We have the cash to put permanent staff in country but decided to just let it go... for the good of somebody else with deep political connections no doubt.
