Once lawyers have completed advisement, the group will finalise all the required documentation to be submitted to the Company, ASIC and the ASX. Currently, (at time of this post) 1% of registered shareholders representing more than 12% of SOI have agreed to support actions that will be initiated by the shareholder group. Shareholders will receive information via mail either electronic or printed. The intent of the group will be to; (by resolutions) remove & replace current directors, distribute the LLL shares in specie to eligible shareholders at end of escrow (with a record date as at the day of the EGM announcement) return the remainder of the cash currently held (minus a working capital budget)
