    The vote must be close enough to have them concerned.

    Keeping Fraser (however you might not like the last year of his performance) keeps any continuity concerns at bay. The other two incumbents are completely superfluous to any negotiations given they are almost certainly not any part of them - and can hardly stand on their own records.

    I've voted to keep Fraser, Yes to two new directors, and no to Hep and Gordon. Gives us both continuity, fresh eyes on what has gone on, and integrity on what is to come IMHO. Fraser cannot push on with any full sale plan without the two new directors support. They will have our best interests at heart being large holders with their own skin in the game. Best of both worlds IMO.
