We know exactly what the company is worth based on LLL shares and the cash.
It is very unlikely we will get an offer above what these are worth.
Yet the BOD of directors have this “hat” called “the process” underwhich untold riches reside if only we wait a little longer and let them keep their jobs.
This is a street side hustle at it’s worst and some people seem to swallow.
