Probably something that should have been distributed in conjunction or timed with the notification of intent to the board. They have shareholders emails, I received an email asking for support initially. Is this a lack of foresight? I don’t know but we all deserve to know the details

To be clear, I despise the board. But I’m always cautious of change for sake of change.
