The proposed directors were looking forward to woking with a man of Scott Lowes experience. We as a group, also recognised that for "continuity" keeping Lowe was a sound move.
The Company recognised in the note to the Meeting that Lowe wasn't included in the convening shareholders actions.

Go ask them why Lowe was terminated .. .. ..
