Seriously, do some muppets here truly believe the propose Directors are not capable of sourcing a Managing Director of similar caliber as Lowe.  

The incumbent BOD hired the current, to keep their NED status, Managing Director to which they have given a golden shake too.

The recent scramble for minimum directors was due to the incumbent BOD pulling the rabbit out of the hat at the last minute…zzz
