I understand your fears. Its natural to want people with experience guiding the company.
However, you should note, it was these "Experienced" directors who guided the company to its current predicament.
Yes, I understand your fear of losing the rest of your money!!!
Yes, its NOT enough just being angry, toss out the old team and expect everything will be wonderful. A lot of your money is still on the line.
And there is still a lot of work to be done.
So its important for "Prospective Directors" to explain what are their plans and how they are going to execute them. Its NOT enough to expect anger and gratitude that you have done so much, to get you across the line.
To the Prospective Directors:
1. Don't get angry with current shareholders who are expressing their fears,
2. You need to communicate better on what are your plans and how you are going to execute them - in order to return as much money as possible to current shareholders,
3. Listen to some of the ideas being offered on this forum and be prepared for compromises (changes), and
4. Brainstorm with your team in private and come back with a detailed plan.
You have a few weeks to do this.
