    The last performance award after the business had ceased was the straw that broke the camels back for me. The huge recent staff payout for a company without a business to run was mind-boggling.
    Smells of sheer madness and a lack of concern and respect for holders.
    How any BOD could allow the business to run out of cash and not even suspect it was coming is beyond me.
