Smells of sheer madness and a lack of concern and respect for holders.
How any BOD could allow the business to run out of cash and not even suspect it was coming is beyond me.

What is far worse imho is “thinking” you are running out of capital and sell LLL not in escrow just in case.
Wonder who bought those cheap shares, has that ever been disclosed?

Just does not make any sense.
