my understanding is a holding company is not sufficient, they need to buy as you say a cheap resource just so they can trade again, otherwise what is happening is senseless, any potential buyers will walk IMHO, the escrowed shares cannot be touched, so it is a waste of time removing the directors just so you can get 2 cents a share back from whatever cash is still unused, that is if there is anything left in the kitty
