I agree with you guys. Only one concern, the way they are going about this has the hallmark of incompetence. Why not wait until the company has some good news like signing of the JV and then announce a deal for existing shareholders and Cap raising with sophisticated investors .If they carry on like this then by the time we get to the stage of one oil well we will have 15% of something spread over a billion shares and that isn't an ideal situation.
Good negotiation is an art that makes the difference between a good deal and a bad one, for all share holders.
