Bowen Energy (BWN) shareholders also recently had an attempt by a large corporation to steal their company from them with an undervalued bid.
No surprises to learn that the BWN board was exposed as shonks and haven't heard the last of ASIC for their dirty scheming.

There is precedent for justice when a corporate theft is attempted ... and despite the best efforts of the disgraceful UMC board and their pathetic spindoctor on hotcopper, and their cosy friends at Ocean Equities, UMC shareholders have the evidence and the ability to follow through that justice is done in the case of UMC.

For anyone who has concerns about the attempted theft of UMC by BHP Billiton, and the UMC board/associates role in this act, today is the last day to lodge a complaint with the ACCC.
