The AGM notice shows Murray Chatfield is paid a fixed remuneration of $244k and attended 14 meetings last year. That is nearly $20k a meeting or $5k an hour. I see now why as head of the Audit Committee he recommended Staveley's huge pay increase as Chatfield's pay also jumped. The board are just approving pay raises for themselves. Annual salaries for the board are almost $2.5 million - crazy for a company with a 2.9 cent share price. How do I get a job on the NRZ board - happy to get paid less than Chatfield and take $4k an hour.
