    I think you are missing the point. Resources are one thing. Being able to a) mine them and b) export them are the main points. There is no point having many billions of tonnes unless you can achieve those points. The game in Qld is about infrastructure ie rail and port. Along with infrastructure comes large Capex and in todays climate not to many juniors are going to attract this unless they can demonstrate this solution.
    Apart from the environmental opposition to mining there is an overwhelming groundswell against port development happening also.
    No doubt the demand for coal will increase but I am sticking to existing producers and juniors and midcaps with proven path to markets in the short to mid term!
    In short, apart from the Galilee Basin, if you haven't already got this solution and are ready for production in thenext couple of years I don't think you will ever. Whats more, I think government,particularly Labour, at all levels are complicit with this arrangement.
