Regardless for who wins the Richard Cottee vs Board battle long suffering NXS shareholders should emerge as the winners.
If RC gets back into NXS then he'll have to move heaven and earth to seal some deals otherwise his credibility (which he obviously values) will be shot to pieces.
If the present board does survive next week they'll have to deliver some deals else their reprieve will be short lived as RC will not doubt try again.
The fact the board has responded to RC's agitation shows their worried their jobs. Both sides want to win and the only way to win is to deliver some value to the shareholders.
