Please answer following questions at the Annual General Meeting:

1. Why VID board did not request VIX-ERG to pay our 50% benefit?
2. We have rights to request VID board to get VIX-ERG s new financial report, as VID have 50% shares, and we have 50% benefit in VIX_ERG.
3. VID board are working only for one director or for all shareholders benefit?

If a company board help another company to block shareholders to get back benefit, we believe that breach the corporation laws.
Please reply shareholders by e-mail to above address and on AGM.
