October has come and gone, without any updates, and it’s been over two months since the AGM. This ongoing pattern of missed deadlines and unmet expectations regarding key initiatives is a reflection of poor leadership appointment. Successive CEO’s have failed in their ability to align stakeholder expectations. Poor communication and failed deadlines adversely affect the companies reputation with stakeholders and no doubt jeopardises international partnerships. Why senior leaders have not learnt from the past and take no action to improve communication and set realistic timelines, frankly demonstrates incompetence in recruitment from the Chairman and the board. Shame, as the company has potential.
