If I were a shareholder I would take the 70c, and once the cash has been banked give it to them with all you've got.

This is a disgrace and I'm sorry for holders. However I feel that if the t/o doesn't go through then the company will fold.

It is fairly apparent that they have no money and have their backs up against the wall.
