Very poor announcements and very poor management resulting in an under performing company.
We all know Waller is a total joke who never bothers to attend meetings and Willis was effectively put on notice after the last very poor announcement. Nothing appears to have changed except they extorted more free "incentive" shares and options out of the company.
Count me in.
