problem is, who is it that is gone after? the present or previous board? the lalor's seem to have put the company into this mess, and the present board seems to have neglected to tell the shareholders what they needed to know.
As a sidenote - the SGW sites weren't told that they had gone into administration until two hours after the announcement came out, shows how good the communication is/was from the board!
