nothing huge for me - i lost 1k on them, and it's not worth my while chasing it... win some lose some. I'm just gonna wait until the administrators have done their stuff and see what the end result is...
However, if i was in your situation, i would probably want to chase them, and i'm sure that others feel the same way, so yes, its definately something that should be taken up, even if just to show other companies/directors that they will be taken to court in the same circumstances, maybe then shareholders will get proper reporting of situations, instead of half the info being brushed under the carpet and not found until the company becomes insolvent...
