Has anyone been able to access the Sound Cloud recordings of the "teleconferences"? They seem to be inaccessible. This is indicative of a cover-up or perhaps the admin going through and cutting out all the costs which was the problem of BLA in the first place.

Based on the second meeting it was recommended to creditors to hold off any liquidation as the sale value would drop on the news. I think maybe we could have an agreement where we agree not to do any lawsuits against the insiders so long as there is some kind of binding guarantee of shareholders interests by staff and creditors.

If we sued staff into bankruptcy and recovered losses from BLA and sued Oaktree (saying that negotiations are constructive before going into receivership means that if there was a call on the full amount of money someone has been misleading). Then it wouldn't be so good for the resale value or Oaktree.
Proving criminal things is pointless to us, it results in no money and the burden of proof is much harder. To sue we only have to prove it was more likely they were misleading then not misleading.

Having a deal in place would boost everyone's moral and performance and eventually reputations and wallets of stakeholders.
