How suprising that a company with a market cap of $10m has had 3-4 negative articles printed about it in the last 7 days. You would think with all that is going on the papers would have bigger issues to talk about.
Could it be that MMX is using some of that $160m to fund a PR campaign?
Regardless of what the misinformed and often biased media says this case is going to court. Share price at this point is irrelevant as the case is fully funded and CHM does not need to raise capital to fund legal fees.
MMX should focus more on getting their facts straight and less time on trying to look good
