MMX how can CHM make it to court when A.H lawyer are holding the files and won't give them back unless CHM can come up with a large amount of cash to pay the legal fees, they only have $135,000 left in the bank and are burning $200,000 per quarter? ALL the major invesotrs are deserting them so it does'nt look like some white knight new inveastor will come along and save them.
