If I remember correctly, none of the top 20 shareholders of CHM actually hold 5% and therefore were able to avoid the reporting requirements of substantial holders.

I mentioned that to the CHM posters when Koh resigned as a director some months ago. Not being a director and holding less than 5%, he was able to dump a portion of his holding without any disclosure to the market.

I last looked at the register about 9-10 months ago, and that was the situation then re: the 5%.
