I would agree that the possible lack of a majority holding vs top 20 holding would mean that it changes without disclosure.
Either way all those who sold were replaced.
So to some respect the article is little more than filing time.
At the end of the day only the directors partisipated in the SPP so are any holders of CHM in for the actual case or in to make a buck & jump before it closes & if they miss the jump did they really lose that much?
