An apology would be very nice, to be sure,BUT even more than that how about the reasons for the delay...If the shareholder was informed about the reasons for the delays he or she would be better positioned to make the personal judgements that affect their position in the company...... There is nothing worst than being strung along when you have no control,,,, a little bit like the donkey and the carrot....
