CIZ were meant to re-list on 13/12/19 after over 3 years of being suspended.Their Management have not informed the market why, every one is still in the dark.At the end of the last quarter CIZ only had $37,000 left in the bank that would not even cover this quarter. Originally CIZ had 157 mill shares on issue they are diluting the Company massively adding another 232,500,000 shares raising $4.65 mill for GWR's 4 assets which GWR own outright.They only give GWR 10,000,000 shares not one cent in cash so GWR will then only own 4.3 % of our 4 assets. No wonder ASIC and the ASX have not passed this 98% one sided deal in the favour of CIZ. If they gave GWR a cash deal and no more shares in CIZ it would be a better deal and more chance of getting passes. CHEERS
